• Your selected plan and the amount paid.
• Payment confirmation details from Razorpay (a payment order ID and a payment ID). We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank account details; those are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and device, for security and to keep the checkout working correctly.

2. How we use it

• To set up your Quillr login and activate the plan you paid for.
• To send a payment confirmation and, where applicable, an invoice.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of promotional offers such as Quillr Cash.

We do not use your email or phone number for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

We share payment details with Razorpay solely to process your payment. We do not share your personal data with any other third party except where required by law, or with service providers who help us operate Quillr under confidentiality obligations.

4. Data security

Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data retention

We retain checkout and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting and tax obligations, and resolve disputes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

7. Children's privacy

Quillr is intended for use by licensed medical professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
