1. Who this applies to

These Terms govern your purchase of a Quillr subscription through this checkout page, and your subsequent use of the Quillr platform. Quillr is intended for use by licensed radiologists, radiology practices, hospitals, and diagnostic centres. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are authorised to use AI-assisted radiology reporting tools in your professional capacity.

2. The service

Quillr provides AI-assisted radiology reporting, including faster report generation with an AI dictation assistant, AI scan analysis intended to support a second opinion, and access via web, mobile, and desktop applications. Quillr is a productivity and decision-support tool: it does not replace the professional judgment of a qualified radiologist. Final diagnostic responsibility, interpretation, and sign-off remain with the reporting clinician at all times.

3. Plans, pricing, and payment

Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of GST. Where a "Quillr Cash" balance or a limited-time offer is applied, the discounted total shown at the time of payment is the amount actually charged, with no additional deductions applied after payment. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; Quillr does not store your card details.

Quillr Cash is a promotional credit with no cash value, is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is valid only for the period shown at checkout. Time-limited offers are exactly that (limited-time) and are not guaranteed to be available again.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions purchased through this page are one-time, non-recurring payments for the selected plan duration. There is no auto-renewal without your explicit consent. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Your account

The email and phone number you provide at checkout are used to set up your Quillr login. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't use Quillr for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates applicable medical, data protection, or professional-conduct regulations.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without written permission.
• Don't upload patient data you are not authorised to process, or in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Quillr, its logo, and the underlying software are the property of Quillr and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

8. Limitation of liability

Quillr is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quillr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Quillr after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
